As Dougal McGuire in Father Ted, Ardal O'Hanlon might have acted as if he was from another planet but, in this follow-up sitcom, he literally IS from another planet. Ardal plays George Sunday - aka Thermoman - a superhero from the planet Ultron trying his best to fit in with us earthlings with varying degrees of success. Nobody does childlike confusion like Ardal and transplanting his hilarious fish-out-of-water shtick into the character of a powerful hero provides plenty of laugh-out-loud moments.
