1. NAME OF PRIZE DRAW: Sky Christmas Gold Competition (the “Prize Draw”).

2. METHOD OF ENTRY: Throughout the Prize Draw Period members of the public who sign up to a Sky TV package will have the opportunity to enter the Prize Draw via the website www.AmsterdamwithGold.com. Entrants will be required to register their email address to be entered in the Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw is open from 1 December 2018 to 27 December 2018 at 23:59 inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”).

1. SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS: All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and resident in the UK. All entrants must have signed up to a Sky TV package during the Prize Draw Period. Employees of UKTV and Sky and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. Any entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid, UKTV accepts no liability for any invalid, incomplete entries or entries not received by UKTV. No ‘bots’ or similar automated third-party software will be allowed and the use of such software will be grounds for immediate disqualification. Any alternative entrants will be selected according to these terms and conditions.

2. WINNER SELECTION: The Winners will be the first three correct entries to be selected at random by a closed computer- generated system after the end of the Prize Draw Period from all correct and eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period. Any entries received outside of this Prize Draw Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid. UKTV will have the final overall decision over winner selection and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

If you are a winner, we will notify you by email during the week commencing 7 January 2019. Winners must claim their prize by successfully responding to our email within Fourteen days. If you do not respond within the stated time period, you may forfeit your prize and alternative winners may be selected in accordance with the winner selection procedure set out above.

1. PRIZE: There will be three prize winners (each a “Winner”). Each winner will receive:
2. £250 towards the cost of return travel from the winner’s home to Newcastle ferry port;
3. Return overnight DFDS Seaways ferry from Newcastle to Amsterdam, with a 2 bed economy cabin;
4. Return transfers from Amsterdam ferry port to the hotel (shared transfer);

5. Two nights’ accommodation in a 4 star centrally located hotel in Amsterdam with breakfast each morning in the hotel restaurant (the “Prize”)

7. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser, must be booked a minimum of 2 months in advance and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Holland).
8. The winner will be provided with £250 towards the cost of return travel from the winners home to Newcastle ferry port.
9. Travel will be by DFDS Seaways ferry. Ferry runs between Newcastle (North Shields) ferry port and Amsterdam (Ljmuiden) ferry port. Outbound departures from Newcastle run daily at 17:00, return departures from Amsterdam run daily at 17:30. Departure dates and times are subject to availability and subject to change. Journey last approximately 16 hours in both directions with crossings taking place overnight, arriving the next day. Based on two adults sharing a double inside economy cabin on the lower deck. Excludes vehicle crossing.
10. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. Transfers are not private and will be shared with other passengers.
11. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Twin rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Also includes Tourism Tax for the duration of the winner’s stay, payable locally to the hotel upon check-out.
12. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
13. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. Winners will be awarded at our discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of an entrant. No alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable & non-exchangeable. However, we reserve the right to change the Prize due to circumstances beyond our control or to offer an alternative of similar value. Nothing in these terms and conditions in any way limits UKTV’s (or any other person or organisation’s) liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Entrants will be required to provide proof of identification and/or age before claiming the Prize. Please allow Seven days for delivery or instructions on how to redeem your Prize from the date you successfully claim your Prize. We won't be liable if any Prize fails to reach you or you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control, or if any prize is damaged during delivery.

Proof that the winner has signed up for a Sky TV package during the Prize Draw Period must be supplied in order to claim the Prize, this may be in the form of an email or letter confirmation from Sky.

1. METHOD OF ENTRY: Entry is free of charge via the following website www.AmsterdamwithGold.com. All entrants must have the Internet service or mobile device bill payer’s permission prior to entering.

2. PUBLICITY: Entry to the Prize Draw gives UKTV the right, without separate consent or compensation, to publicise any Winners’ names and counties and to make further use of these in printed publications and on the Internet solely for administering this Prize Draw in accordance with applicable law.

3. PROMOTER AND PRIZE PROVIDER: These Prize Draws are offered to you by UKTV Media Limited (“UKTV”). Our registered office is at 10 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP and our company registration number is 04266373.

4. GOVERNING LAW: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
