IF THESE TERMS CONFLICT WITH THE GENERAL PRIZE DRAW TERMS THEN THESE TERMS WILL APPLY.
1. NAME OF PRIZE DRAW:
Dad's Army: The Lost Episodes.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY:
To enter the Prize Draw each entrant ("Entrant") must visit Gold's Twitter page (twitter.com/goldchannel), retweet the pinned tweet and follow Gold on Twitter.
The Prize Draw is open from the time the "call to action post" goes live on the 27 August 2019 till 23:59 on the 13 September 2019 (the "Competition Period").
3. SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS:
All Entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and resident in the UK. All entrants must send a direct message on Twitter to Gold's Twitter page (twitter.com/goldchannel) retweet the pinned tweet and follow Gold on Twitter.
Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
Employees of UKTV and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Any entries received outside the Competition Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid. UKTV accepts no liability for any invalid, incomplete entries or entries not received by UKTV. No 'bots' or similar automated third-party software will be allowed, and the use of such software will be grounds for immediate disqualification. Any alternative entrants will be selected according to these terms and conditions.
4. WINNER SELECTION:
The Winner will be notified between Monday 9th September - Friday 13th September 2019. UKTV will have the final overall decision over Winner selection and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
If you are a winner, we will notify you by sending you a direct message on Twitter. The Winner must claim the Prize by successfully responding to our direct message within 14 days of initial contact by UKTV. If you do not respond within the stated time period, you may forfeit your prize and an alternative winner may be selected.
5. PRIZE:
The prize will be a signed script for Dad's Army: The Lost Episodes. Signed by Kevin McNally, Robert Bathurst, David Hayman, Kevin Eldon, Mathew Horne, Timothy West and Tom Rosenthal. Signed in March 2019 ("Prize").
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
The Winner may be required to show a valid UK passport or driving licence as proof of identification.
The Winner will be awarded at UKTV's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions or indecent behaviour by or on behalf of an entrant. No alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable & non-exchangeable.
However, UKTV reserves the right to change the Prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value. Nothing in these terms and conditions in any way limits UKTV's (or any other person or organisation's) liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. METHOD OF ENTRY:
Entry is free of charge via the method explained in section 2.
All entrants must have the Internet service or mobile device bill payer's permission prior to entering.
This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter.
8. PROMOTER AND PRIZE PROVIDER:
The Prize Draw is offered to you by UKTV Media Limited ("UKTV"). Our registered office is at 10 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP and our company registration number is 04266373.

9. GOVERNING LAW:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
