Pupils run amok at Maudlin Street School in an attempt to convince their headmaster to stay (he has applied for a new job). They concoct a plan - blacken his record in front of the Ministry Inspector and then he won't ever be able to get another job. Everything that could go wrong does go wrong, including losing some criminals even before they arrive at the station. The Helping Hands job agency is filled with incompetent but loveable staff, where the simplest of tasks often getting bungled. Jobs ranging from taking animals for walks (no ordinary animals you understand) to demonstrating new products at a large and prestigious exhibition all don?t go to plan.
