Jeeves and Wooster

Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie dazzle in PG Wodehouse’s most famous comic creations.

Jeeves and Wooster

After surfing the wave of the alternative comedy boom of the 1980s, Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie hit mainstream gold when they were cast in this glorious adaptation of PG Wodehouse’s most famous comic creations.

Bertie Wooster (Huge Laurie), a foppish rich gentleman, takes the title role in this sparkling comedy-drama, alongside his withering valet Jeeves (Stephen Fry), otherwise known as ‘Gentleman's Personal Gentleman’. With a host of other eccentric and larger-than-life characters, each episode sees Wooster unwittingly caught up in some kind of scrape – and each time it's down to his trusty aide Jeeves to come up with a cunning master plan to get him off the hook.

Classic stories, and classic British farce; here’s your chance to see the first of eight series all from the very beginning.
